Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you’re adding to your shelves, be it buying or borrowing. From ‘real’ books you’ve purchased, a book you’ve borrowed, a book you’ve been given or an e-book they can all be shared!

As ever, click on the book image to take you to the books Goodread’s profile.

A very small Stacking The Shelves this week. I have such a big to be read pile that I should be getting on with. I’ve behaved myself.. let’s see how long that lasts..

NetGalley:

17465450

Bought:

7171637

Another series that I’ve wanted to start for a long time. I’m really looking forward to this one!

Please feel free to share your links and I’ll visit your Stacking The Shelves post this weekend. (Even if it usually makes me add books to my TBR pile..)

  1. I have Clockwork Angel sitting here staring at me… should we add it to our “compare” pile? I’ve heard nothing but greatness so it’s scaring me a little. What if I don’t love it.

Thanks for your comment btw, I love how I got up this morning and remembered that I hadn’t included all the review book. Oops. Have updated now.

    • You’re welcome 😀 I’ve just checked out your updated post. Lots of great looking books to keep you occupied 😉

It would be great to add Clockwork Angel to our pile. 😀 To be honest, I’ve held off getting it for so long because of its supposed greatness! I hate not loving a book that loads of people raved about. Hopefully we’ll both love it!

  2. Yay for getting Clockwork Angel. When I first read it, I wasn’t a fan. But now.. When I think back to it.. I think it’s better than the second half of TMI series and I’m kinda sad I was so harsh with that book. It’s a great read:) I saw that other title on Netgalley as well but I have too many review books on my hands right now and I’m a busy bee at Uni/work right now so I couldn’t afford to request for that many books. I hope you enjoy though:-)

    • I’m looking forward to reading it! It’s been hyped so much though! I agree, I should stop requesting review books, but it’s so addictive. The Husband’s Secret looked so good too 😀 Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Argh – you got Clockwork Angel! That was the first of her books I read, and it’s still my favourite of all of hers. I love that cover so much. For me, the series dipped tragically after Angel, but I think I’m in the minority thinking that. 🙂 I got my copy signed when she came to England. Hope you enjoy it.

    My STS.

  4. I quite liked Clockwork Angel and Clockwork Prince. I haven’t read Clockwork Princess yet, though. I’m so nervous! Although everyone says it’s fantastic.

Enjoy your goodies. Happy reading 🙂

  5. Loving the cover of The Husband’s Secret, wow! I’ve never heard of it before, but it looks good. I’m pretty far behind in the Infernal Devices series, but I hope you enjoy Clockwork Princess!

  6. I’m sure I’m going to sound like a broken record here but I loved the Infernal Devices. Such an awesome series I really hope you enjoy it! I haven’t heard of the other book I’ll have to check it out! Happy Reading!

    & thanks for visiting!

  7. I think the cover of The Husband’s Secret is intriguing. I am also one of those who hasn’t read any of Cassandra Clare’s latest books. I read the first Mortal Instruments and was not excited. I have heard so many amazing things that I really should give her another try. Come and see what I got this week at Ms. Martin Teaches Media and Inside of a Dog. Happy reading!

  8. Clockwork Angel is fantastic 🙂 I hope you’ll fall for the series!
I’ve never heard of The Husband’s Secret before but I love the cover 🙂
Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday!

  9. Woo, Clockwork Angel! I still haven’t read the last book in the series, but the first two are wonderful. The cover for The Husband’s Secret is super pretty. Enjoy your books! (:
