Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you’re adding to your shelves, be it buying or borrowing. From ‘real’ books you’ve purchased, a book you’ve borrowed, a book you’ve been given or an e-book they can all be shared!

As ever, click on the book image to get to its Goodread’s page!

A lot of these books I’ve decided to read because of my friend Luna’s reviews. Her blog is dangerous to me. It makes me add far too many books to my TBR list. (Thanks Luna!) I’ve wanted to read Dead Romantic since I read her review and the same with The Savages. I wanted to read Shipwrecked after enjoying Finding Cherokee Brown by the same author Siobhan Curham. Split Second sounded interesting so I went for that too!

My mum knows that I’m a big fan of Sophie Kinsella’s writing, so she bought me Wedding Night.

Bought for Kindle:

I’ve had these books on my wish list for a while and they were going fairly cheap on the Kindle (except Fever!) I know summer is well and truly over, but I’m looking forward to eventually read The Summer I Became A Nerd, I’ve heard good things! I’ve heard so many good things about Something Like Normal, that I just had to pick it up!

NetGalley:

I’ve been trying to request less as I really have far too many books to plow through. I couldn’t resist Model Misfit though. The second book in the Geek Girl series.

What did you get this week? Feel free to leave the links to your blog posts in the comments below and I’ll come and check out your posts!

  1. The Summer I Became A Nerd sounds like so much fun, and the cover of Shipwrecked caught my eye immediately. Guess they’ll have to be added to the TBR list 🙂

It looks like you’ve got some great reads ahead of you. I hope you enjoy them!

  2. Oh gosh. You reminded me I still haven’t read Fever. I need to get to that someday! Enjoy all your books and thanks for dropping by Annette’s Book Spot!

  3. I’ve heard good things about Something Like Normal and The Summer I Became a Nerd, too. The comics thing is the main thing that people have praised and the lovely main characters. I hope you enjoy Fever and yay for Sophie Kinsella. I hear that this one isn’t her best work though. Happy reading and I hope you enjoy all of your books:)

  4. Dead Romantic is so, so funny. It will make you cry with laughter!
I can’t wait to read Model Misfit as Geek Girl is a favourite of mine. I’m going to wait until it’s released though, I think.

    Happy reading, Chrissi!

  5. *Checks to make sure she’s commenting on the right post this time* I did like TSIBAN! I want to go LARP’ing! I still haven’t read Wither and it was the first book I bought for my kindle almost two years ago smh Love Sophie Kinsella

  6. I loved Wither, but I had some trouble with Fever. It was still good though and I’ll need to get the last book soon 🙂 I’ve seen Dead Romantic at the book store and thought it sounded really cool! I hope you’ll enjoy all your new books, and sorry for being so late to comment…
