Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you’re adding to your shelves, be it buying or borrowing. From ‘real’ books you’ve purchased, a book you’ve borrowed, a book you’ve been given or an e-book they can all be shared! Another smaller haul for me this week. I’m not complaining, I’m in need of these smaller hauls!

I finally got my hands on a copy of Open Road Summer by Emery Lord. This book has been recommended to me by so many people. I can’t wait to find time for it. I also got Take Me On by the wonderful Katie McGarry. I’ve already read this book. My review will be coming up later today.

From NetGalley, I received Maria Semple’s This One Is Mine. I’m reading Where’d You Go, Bernadette? soon which I’m looking forward to. I liked the synopsis of This One Is Mine so requested it quickly! Thank you to Orion!

I also received Trust Games by Simon Packham from Piccadilly Press. Many thanks to them!

What did you buy, borrow or request this week? Please feel free to leave a link to your haul and I’ll stop by at some point this weekend!

  1. Open Road Summer looks really good! I’ve barely seen any bad reviews of it. Enjoy your books!

  2. I have to get Open Road Summer, I’ve heard nothing but good things about it and I keep seeing it everywhere! I also really need to read Where’d You Go, Bernadette? as even my sister has been telling me to read that one 🙂

    Happy reading!

  3. I’ve added Open Road Summer to my Goodreads shelf, I’m on a contemporary kick right now and that looks perfect, plus the cover is so gorgeous. Hope you enjoy all your new books and thanks for stopping by!

  4. Like Where’d You Go, Bernadette, Katie McGarry is still somewhere in my TBR pile. I’ll read them eventually though right? Thanks for stopping by my blog!

  5. I almost grabbed a copy of Open Road Summer yesterday but I didn’t. My arms were already full of books lol Hope you enjoy it 🙂

      • I know right? The lady at the book store was like, I can hold those for you at the counter. I said no thank you because then I’ll forget how many I have.
I’m thinking I’ll get it next time I go book shopping.
