Top Ten Books I Really Want To Read But Don’t Own Yet

toptentuesdayTop Ten Tuesday is hosted by the lovely The Broke and The Bookish. Each week they come up with a list for us to complete. This week it is Top Ten Books I Really Want To Read But Don’t Own Yet.

Given my TBR pile and wish list I could probably make a top 50 or beyond list! But I’ve limited it to ten that will definitely be in my possession ASAP!

  1. Love and Other Foreign Words and What I Thought was True are both ones that I really want to read as well! The first because…okay, because I love the title πŸ˜› and the second because I read My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick and absolutely loved it πŸ˜€ great list!

  2. I, too, haven’t read any from these authors yet although I came close to picking up a Huntley Fitzpatrick book. I hope you’ll get to reading these ones soon. Thanks for sharing and for stopping by my TTT πŸ™‚

  3. I’ve never heard of The Incorrigible Children before but it looks amazing. That’s definitely one I’m keeping an eye out for. What I Thought Was True also looks good, and is definitely on my TBR list.

  4. You have a very pretty list this week, some of these covers are gorgeous!
The Across the Universe series is AMAZING! You should definitely get on that one ASAP!
I haven’t read any of the others, but the ones that weren’t already on my TBR have all just made it on! As always you have excellent choices! πŸ™‚
I really want to read What I Thought Was True, I LOVED My Life Next Door and totally fell in love with Huntley Fitzpatrick so very excited for that one!
Great list, thanks once again for giving me more books to add to my ever expanding TBR list!

    • Thank you so much! For some reason when your comment came up it says I wasn’t following you (which I was…) so I’ve refollowed! Just in case you wonder why I’ve followed again. I shall definitely try and read Across The Universe soon. It looks great! πŸ™‚ We often like the same books as well, so I’m pretty sure I’ll like it!

Sorry for the ever expanding TBR… if it’s any consolation… you expand mine as well! πŸ˜€

  5. I read the 1st three books in the Incorrigible Children series with my son (I think there’s a 4th now, perhaps?). The books are quite fun, but they’re definitely kids’ books. Still, the writing is clever and funny, making them enjoyable for grown-ups too!

  6. I really want to read Across the Universe too! The only thing making me want to take out of my school library rather than buy it is that cover change…

  7. I recommend Love and Other Foreign Words, Torn Away, and What I Thought Was True for sure πŸ™‚ I really enjoyed all of them!

Personally, I didn’t love And We Stay, but maybe it’d work out better for you πŸ™‚

  8. Yes, yes, yes to Night School! It’s one of my favourite YA series. It’s not very well known, but I absolutely love it. I really liked Across the Universe, and I have the second book on my own TTT list this week πŸ™‚ Trust Me I’m Lying and Torn Away are two I really want to read at some stage.

Hope you love them all when you read them, Chrissi, great list πŸ™‚

  9. I don’t think I’ve heard of any of these besides Across the Universe, which I’m still debating whether I should read it or not. Nice picks though! I’m really liking the cover of Love and Other Foreign Words!

  10. How did I forget Across the Universe on my list!? I have had that one on my wishlist for ages! And I really want to read Evidence of Things Not Seen so, so badly. And I kind of own Love and Other Foreign Words and Torn Away, but haven’t had a chance to read them yet. I definitely plan on fixing that soon, they look so good!
