Top Ten Books On My Winter TBR

toptentuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the lovely The Broke and The Bookish. Each week they come up with a list for us to complete. This week it is Top Ten BooksΒ On My Winter TBR. I failed majorly with my Autumn TBR list. I am determined to get through these books, even if I have to shun other books until these are read!

In January, I challenged myself to complete or start some series. These are the ones I have remaining. I better get to them ASAP! I’m particularly looking forward to continuing and completing the Chaos Walking series.

People keep telling me to read these two… I keep on letting other books through before I read them, but I promise I will read them both before the year is out!

I’ve wanted to read this book for ages now. I just haven’t got to it! I will… eventually!

Love the cover, and I think I’m going to love the book. So I’m not sure why it hasn’t been read yet!

I love Rachel Ward’s writing. I have been waiting to read Water Born for ages now, but I just haven’t had the time. I’ll MAKE the time! I also want to start her Numbers trilogy!

What are you hoping to read this Winter? Let me know! Feel free to leave your links and I’ll stop by your blog!

  1. I’ve actually read Maybe Someday and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s my favorite from that author. Pointe is on my list too, but I’ve yet to get around to it. I probably should, haha. Great list!

  2. Pointe looks interesting! (I love dance but sadly haven’t really gotten around to reading many books surrounding it). I majorly slacked on my fall TBR as well- I think I only read 2 out of the 10 I had posted on my TTT list for the season. It’s always harder to get things read during the business of fall compared to summer! My TTT

  3. I need to read some Patrick Ness – everybody seem to love his books! I’ve heard a lot of good things about Maybe Someday too, so I hope you enjoy it. πŸ™‚

  4. I haven’t read the Chaos Walking trilogy yet, even though I really want to, so I am very much jealous that you are going to continue and complete it! I hope you enjoy it, along with the rest of the books on your list!

  5. I sympathize with your “fail” on your autumn TBR! I was amused yesterday while working on my TTT post when I realized that I only got around to 4 out of 10 of last year’s winter TBR books! Sigh. I do want to read the Patrick Ness trilogy still… need to get started. πŸ™‚

  6. Finish Chaos Walking! You must, for it is amazing! I have Eve on my bookshelf but have never felt super compelled to start it for some reason! And I really want to read The Pledge too. Great list, I hope you get to read them!

  7. I need to finish the Chaos Walking Trilogy as well. I LOVED The Knife of Never Letting Go and started listening to The Ask and the Answer, but the timing was all wrong (life timing, not the audio timing). Will have to try again soon!

  8. I keep meaning to read more Patrick Ness (I have only read A Monster Calls) – I hope you like the Chaos Walking books. Of the books on your list, I have only read Ten Tiny Breaths, but I would recommend it. It was my first foray into New Adult and I really enjoyed it.

  9. Great selection, Chrissi. I actually haven’t read any of the authors you featured here but I’ve been thinking about reading Colleen Hoover and K.A. Tucker for a while now. I’m still thinking on that. πŸ™‚ Thanks for sharing and for stopping by my TTT πŸ™‚
