Sarah J. Maas– Throne of Glass-I’ve only read Throne of Glass but I’m soon to read Crown of Midnight. I can’t wait to get stuck into it. I should listen to my blogger friends more!
Brodi Ashton– Everneath series– I have completed the whole of the Everneath series this year. I love Brodi Ashton’s writing!
Malorie Blackman– Noughts and Crosses, Knife Edge, Cloud Busting– I can’t believe I haven’t read any Malorie Blackman before now. I have learnt from my mistake! π

Heather Demetrios– Something Real- This is easily one of my favourite books of the year. I absolutely devoured it. An unexpected gem.
Mindy McGinnis- Not A Drop To Drink– This is another book that I didn’t expect to like as much as I did!
Sally Green– Half Bad– I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. I can’t wait to read the next in the series!
Emery Lord– Open Road Summer– I was really impressed with Open Road Summer. I’m happy to read that Emery has another book coming out next year!
Leigh Bardugo– The Grisha Trilogy– This is another series that I’ve devoured this year. I may have been late to the party, but IΒ powered through the series in a few months!

The only author that made my list is Bardugo, but Throne of Glass and Half Bad are both on my want to read list. Probably won’t make it this year though. How can it be almost over?
I know. It’s crazy!
I enjoyed both SOMETHING REAL and NOT A DROP TO DRINK. Both were unique and very compelling.
Happy TTT!

Lies We Tell Ourselves is going to make it to my priority list I think. I read an excerpt of it in the Buzz Books and it seemed incredible to me.
So many of these are on my to-read list.
Great list!
I definitely recommend Lies We Tell Ourselves. It’s one of the stand out books for me this year. π

Wow, some great books on this list! I especially enjoyed Lies We Tell Ourselves — so powerful and moving.
I completely agree! π
Crown of Midnight is even better than ToG, and Heir of Fire is ten times better than that! Iβm pretty sure they just improve with every book xD
Iβm so excited for Half Wild! Just a few more months π I think I need to read Half Bad though, just to refresh my mind.
I’m so glad you enjoyed Half Bad! π It’s fabulous and I can’t wait to see how it goes! π
Naughts and Crosses is very high on my TBR list! I need to pick it up soon.

I met Robin Talley last month…she is so awesome! I hope to get to her book by the end of this year! Thanks for stoppin’ by! Have a great week!
Oh how lovely! π Thanks for the return visit!
I’m stuck part of the way through HALF BAD and was just thinking of calling it quits perhaps I should try harder after your confession how much you liked it.
Ooh, I know it’s received mixed reviews! Maybe it’s just not for you. I hope you enjoy it if you do decide to carry on!
I love your design!!!
How did you do it?
I loved the Throne of Glass series but I didn’t quite enjoy Half Bad as much as you did. It reminded me a lot of Beautiful Creatures and I didn’t like that series. I’m glad you liked it anyway. The cover is beautiful, though
Thank you! I can’t take credit for it. It’s a free WordPress theme. Within it, it can snow from 1st December- early January. I’m glad you enjoyed Throne of Glass so much. I know Half Bad received mixed reviews!
I also NEED to read Shadow and Bone. I’m relying on Xmas presents. Haha
I agree with so many of these! Definitely Leigh Bardugo, and Mindy McGinnis, and Heather Demetrios! I haven’t read Something Real yet, but I read I’ll Meet You There and adored it! And I MUST read Lies We Tell Ourselves, Half Bad, and Throne of Glass ASAP. GREAT list!
I really need to read I’ll Meet You There! I highly recommend all of these books! I hope you enjoy them.
Haven’t read many of your picks but several are on my TBR list–especially Shadow and Bone and Throne of Glass. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Have a great week! π
