This Week In Books #63

I am joining in with the lovely Lipsy from Lipsy’s Lost and Found’s feature which highlights our week in books. I shall be sharing what I’m reading now, then and next! I won’t be showcasing my new books as I do that on a Saturday. I’m really excited by this feature as I loved sharing my recent reads. My book reviews published on my blog are often WAY behind what I’m actually reading, so this is a good feature to keep you up to date!

As I Descended If I Was Your Girl Release

NOWAs I DescendedRobin Talley– I’m currently just over 60 pages through this book which is good so far. I was a little cautious going into reading it, as I loved the author’s debut, but then didn’t enjoy her next book. So far, so good!

THENIf I Was Your GirlMeredith Russo– Hmmm…I didn’t love this book as much as I wanted to, which was a shame. It includes a transgender character. I’m hoping to get a review out for this tomorrow!

NEXT- ReleasePatrick Ness- This book is totally getting bumped to the top of my TBR because… it’s Patrick Ness. There need not be another answer!

What are you reading this week? Feel free to leave a link to your post and I’ll stop by later! Happy Reading!

  1. I’ll be interested to read your thoughts on the Robin Talley book when you’ve finished it. I really didn’t like her second book at all but I have her first on my TBR and it sounds great, and I love the sound of this new one but am unsure whether to get it or not. I love the cover of the Patrick Ness book, I think I may have to grab a copy of this at some point soon. Hope you enjoy your reading this week 🙂

  2. I really need to get through Ness’ bibliography. I’ve only read a Monster Calls which was so superbly wonderful but I haven’t read anything else of his yet…
    Happy Reading 🙂
