  1. I forgot about number 5 and I have read the book! Whoops. I also have The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making on my list. Don’t you just adore that title? 🙂

  2. Great list, Chrissi! I agree about unique titles pulling me in. I have read Knife of Never Letting Go. That’s a title that stays with you. I enjoyed The Curious Incident of the Dog in a Night-Time and The Crimson Petal and the White. Oh, and Green Eggs and Ham! A household favorite! I love the title The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake and hope to read my copy soon.

  3. Some of these books are on my to-read pile, but the title that sticks out to me is The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake. I LOVE lemon cake. It’s a favourite of mine, especially lemon drizzle cake, so the title makes me sad and curious about why it’s sad haha.

  4. Hi! I’ve always liked the sound of The Crimson Petal and the White. Maybe it’s because it’s mentioned in Gilmore Girls lol. And I still cannot see any way that lemon cake would be sad! No cake is sad 🙂

  5. I like the title The Knife of Never Letting Go because for some reason it feels like a phrase that people would say, as if you have heard it before but aren’t sure where, but at the same time makes no sense. So you start the book of slightly unsettled which is perfect.

Comments make me smile and I love to reply to them! Thanks for visiting today!
