Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the brilliant The Broke and The Bookish. They come up with a list weekly, for us to complete. This week’s list is Top Ten Most Memorable Secondary Characters. This took a lot of thinking but I’ve finally come up with 10. I’m so intrigued to see what other bloggers come up with this week!
In no particular order here are my top ten most memorable secondary characters!
Rue– The Hunger Games– I thought Rue was adorable. She was small, young and underestimated. She survived for a lot longer than people had expected. I also loved her friendship with Katniss.
Cinna– The Hunger Games- Cinna was Katniss Everdeen’s stylist. I thought he was a fabulous character.
Sadie– Twenties Girl- I love a bit of chick-lit every now and again and Sophie Kinsella is one of my favourite authors of that genre. In this book Sadie is a spirit, the great-aunt of the protagonist. Sadie was such a great character.
Suze– Confessions of A Shopaholic/The Secret Dreamworld of A Shopaholic- Suze is the best friend of the protagonist. She’s a brilliant character. I’d like her to be my friend!
The next two characters are from Harry Potter.
Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom– Harry Potter series– I really loved this characters. Especially Luna. She’s just so quirky!
Kenji Kishimoto- Shatter Me and Unravel Me -A great secondary character.
Tris’s Mum– Divergent- I absolutely loved Tris’s mum. Such a wonderful character.
Wendy– Unearthly- I really liked Clara’s friend Wendy. It was a shame there wasn’t much of her in Boundless!
Daniel- The Unbecoming Of Mara Dyer- I really liked Mara’s older brother Daniel. I loved how protective he was!
